Shipping policy
We currently ship UK-only using a next-day delivery service.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days before dispatch. Once dispatched, they are sent using a next-day delivery service and are intended to reach you within 2 days of leaving our premises.
Transit & storage
Our products are:
- Ambient during transit only
- Not shelf-stable for long-term storage
Once your order arrives:
- Refrigerate immediately
- You may freeze the bases by the use-by date to extend their shelf life for up to 3 months
- Failure to follow these storage instructions may affect product quality and may void eligibility for refunds or replacements.
In cases of extreme weather or conditions that may compromise product quality or food safety, we reserve the right to delay dispatch until it is safe to ship.
If a dispatch delay is necessary, we will contact you with an update as soon as possible.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by the courier.
If an issue occurs, we’ll assist with investigations, but courier-related issues may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
