Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Doughbells pizza bases are freshly prepared food items and cannot be resold once they have left our premises.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligible issues

We may offer a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order arrived with missing items
  • The packaging was damaged in transit
  • The product arrived visibly damaged

    To be eligible, you must:

    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
    • Provide clear photo evidence of the issue

    Courier-related issues

    If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives later than expected, we will work with the courier to investigate the issue.

    While we do our best to support you, refunds or replacements for courier-related issues are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case.

    All resolutions are offered at the discretion of Doughbells.
